6:02 AM

6:02 AM is the time I got home today. I'm still not tired. Let's go for a trip through time at my day, shall we? Wake up, groggy, wait for folks to get back home. Progress on to Adrian's house, where we proceed to hook up his awesome speaker system to his laptop, and then that whole set up to his GIANT 52 - billion inch TV. Love. Play counter-strike until I have to leave for:

Auditions for Raised By Monkeys' upcoming blockbuster, Whispers. Jason Pelley was leading the casting, with Paul and Mark there, as Director and Director of Photography, respectively. We started off the day by playing some improv games, ... lots of improv games, actually, and Sean was OWNING at conversations. I personally didn't think I had anything really good to offer today, but everyone had fun. I really enjoyed myself. The auditions went smoothly, and after reading for some other characters, I headed over to The Treehouse (aka. The Romein's House), to play some Star Wars D&D. Woot! I know I'm superbad, why thank you very mucho. Chris, Jay and I did kind of a pre-game character prologue, and I must say... I had an awesome time, and I will use the force in some way, Jay. Be warned. After ordering some crap... er... dominos pizza, I left to go back to Adrians'. There, we played some Supreme Commander and Mideval 2: Total War, and Watched The Borne Identity, followed by The Borne Supremacy. GREAT movies, especially on such a screen. Oh Mamo. We had a great time talking, and laughing about replacing Matt Damon with a friend of ours, and it was just overall, a great night. By the time I left, it was well after 5:30, and the sun was coming up. Now, I have my second wind and am going to pester my dad until he goes to work.

Guitar hero for the one-armed

What a day! The second day back, and I'm not tired at all! I met with Paul to talk movies, and film, and toilets. I gave the Romeins their souveniers, and just enjoyed being back. Brian and I discovered that in 10 minutes, Superbad was going to be playing at Silver City, so Brian and I jetted off and only missed like a minute of the film! I think I MIGHT'VE picked up some Polish driving habits. Might've. Brian used his free passes to get us in without paying, and I really enjoyed the movie! I thought it was hillarious! I came back to the Romeins, where Paul and I lazed around, doing God knows what, and he updated me on the film now titled, "Whispers". We decided we were so hungry we were going to eat the walls of Paul's house, so we went off to Plateau Pizza to get our favourite pizza, the Chicken Special! Get it. It will save your life. We talked stop - motion, and discussed what our next project is going to be after the success of our Lego Millenium Falcon Stop motion. Paul and I played some Guitar hero, in which he decided to try and play Free Bird on easy ... with one hand! The crazy thing is... it worked! Check out the picture! He strums with his elbow! Go Paul, Go! I left the Romeins, and met up with Dan. We lounged around Future Shop, stealing their oxygen, and sitting on their extremely comfortable couch. We migrated over to Red Robins, where we spent a couple hours just talking about life, acting and other things. We felt bad that we were taking up the waiter's table, so we ordered drinks. He was so bored, and since we were one of the two tables in his section that were used, he just kept refilling our drinks... over and over and over again. It was real great to see Dan, and we had a blast! As always. Bo yeah.

UMOTD:
Not recognizing Kevin or Ryan, but recognizing Ryan's girlfriend, Tanya, as they walked into the Red Robin's before us.

A sleepy transformer

Wake up. 3 hours of sleep.

Get up. Can't sleep for odd reason.

Walk out in frustration at inability to sleep.

Get call from little sister Judy.

She wants to go see transformers.

It's approximately 11:00 by now. Sleepy.

Wake up, collect things, go home.

Wash Sheila.

Sheila smells beautiful.

Go see Transformers with Judy. 2nd time.

Go home. Get check from work. Say goodbye to everyone at Plateau Pizza.

Eat dinner. Get a call from Daniel Borzillo.

Go to Red Robins with him to keep him company.

End up talking for a few hours about life, love and acting.

End up having a wicked time with him.

Go to see Transformers. Again.

Play an awesome game of Time Crisis 4 with Sean Hagen.

Almost fall asleep during the film. Have an awesome time with Sean Hagen, Paul Romein, Nate Blackmore, Brian Romein, Chris Fader, and Jason Romein.

Go home. Sleep.

White Chocolate Raspberry Gelato of a Day.

It didn't take us long to get accustomed to civilization again. We started off the day by all meeting at Sui Sha Ya Sushi.. Sha Shui Ya Sushi? Shi Shi Sushi?... at Sushi where we all-you-can-ate. Nate was feeling down about spraying soy sauce all over his shirt, so he wanted to buy some clothes, which turned into me helping him pick something out for 89 hours as he bought a full new outfit. I didn't mind because I hadn't seen him forever, and I was glad to spend some time with him. We ended up at Best Buy for a long time, just looking at stuff and fooling around, playing all their video games until our thumbs were sore as Nate worked out stuff with his car. A crack had developed in his windshield as his alarm and stuff were installed, and he was really cheesed about it. I don't blame him, I would be too. Christine and I sat on the home theatre couch, where we had once watched all of the movie Superman. We ended up getting fed up with spending such a beautiful day inside, so we snuck off with Brian to Esquires (... wait... I think someone said it again!) for some orgasmic White-Chocolate Raspberry Gelato. AND since their freezer doesn't work effectively, they put everything in a cup as well as the cone, so we ended up getting way more! I will never get tired of that gelato. We dropped my car off at Best buy, and headed off to Nate's house. from there, we went to play mini golf at eagle quest! I just thought it would be a great way to spend Christines (probably) last-day-free-from-work-before-I-go-to-Poland, and use the beautiful day outside. It was wicked! Christine found and lost a ball, Paul kicked our butts, and I enjoyed the pretty fountain. Nate pulled a wicked drift through a corner, and we truly had an uber time mini-golfing. We headed off to Silvercity where we watched Robin Williams' new movie, License to wed. I don't know how the movie was, because I was busy just loving Robin in his role. I love that man. After that, It was Paul's house, and the rest was history. Until 5:30 AM.

UMOTD:
We made a joke that each stroke I did at this one hole, my hooker got another STD. Yes, it's a family show, people!

3 is always more fun!

It all started as an orgasm. A large chicken special from Plateau Pizza... I didn't take a picture of the goodness because I was too busy enjoying it. Seriously. That Pizza.. SOOOOO good. We hopped off like little rabbits to watch Dane Cook's most recent movie, Mr. Brooks. It was a real good pshychological thriller.. sychological?... psichological?... it was a good thriller, and it made you think, that's the point I'm trying to convey. I found it awesome that they gave Dane a smaller role, because it was his first non-comedy movie. They must've been like, "Okay, so he wants to try to do some serious acting, but we don't know if he can do it... Let's give him a smaller role, and see how he does." I must say he did really well! I was impressed with his ability to NOT over - act. That's something I'm trying to do personally. However, Christine and I couldn't help but giggle at in-opportune times, just because he's such a comic, and we kept linking up things he said in the movie to things he's done in his comedic past. "AAah Dane Cook is such a silly little bitch." Christine was able to slip in the most funniest way that I've ever seen someone fall while we were at the theatre. It was as if it was in slow motion! I was almost worried for her...

From the theatre, we headed straight to Improv, where we met up with a bunch of friends, and had a great time laughing. The show was great, and they did a skit about the eleventh commandment which is, officially, "Though shall not drive a Kia" *spits*. Paul fooled around with my camera quite a bit, and discovered some things that I hadn't known, like that there's a color swap, and a time lapse mode! :D We re-filmed a little of dafidility :D Krista came by, and it was cool to see here there. All in all, another AWESOME day! :D

UMOTD (Uber-moment-of-the-day for all you newcomers!):
Paul wanted to leave his sweater in the car, so he goes, "oh, I wanna actually leave this in the car". I'm standing with Christine, say, "Go ahead". "Oh, it's not locked?" says Paul. I don't say anything while he walks back to the car. Before he even gets there Christine and I just break out laughing.

F1 Suzuki and 13 Oceans

Woke up, showed my folks the camera, went back to sleep. Then helped my dad with his car. All I had to do was turn on the electrics of the car by turning the key. This was so we could find the connection to the fuel pump so we could turn it off. My dad was replacing the Fuel filter. It took us forever to find it, but eventually we did. We had to sort through this mess of wires to find the connector. So many of them! Dad and I joked that he had a F1 mode where flames shoot out of the exhaust, 'cause there was an "F1" written on his fusebox. And I just realised I forgot to ask Paul to record F1 for me. Frick.

We were going to work on Sheila, and adjust the valves, but I guess we're just going to do that tomorrow.
After that, I got a call from Brian to come see Ocean's 13, which I really wanted to go see. It was great! Ryan was there too, and he mistook my new camera for a phone. I know this because when he saw it, he exclaimed excitedly, "Oh you got a new phone!" ... yeah. The movie still kept with the style and fresh comedy that the others had. And I'd love to do a character like Brad Pitt's one day. I think I might've lost some money today. 'Cause I'm sure I made more in tips than I ended up with. I probably lost a visa slip or something, but whatevs. I'll survive. Maybe it'll even turn up tomorrow.

There was a guy on the radio bitching about how the government gives the homeless tax free housing and food. You know what I have to say to that guy? "I'm going to have to shit on your face."

I love my new camera, and can't wait to use it more. I love the picture quality, and find myself looking for any opportunity to snap a picture.

UMOTD:
So today my foot hurts. I got woken up by my sister, and she was being kind of a prick, so I warned her that she had two seconds to get out of my room. "Your room's messy" said my sister's Friend. "Your world is gonna be messy in two seconds if you don't get out of my room." On two, I shot out of bed, but didn't go far, I just wanted to scare the crap out of those two (successful), unfortunately I whacked my foot on my desk, and now it hurts. Yeah, I know, call the waaaambulance, but seriously, it was SO worth it to see the look on their faces!

Video - Bloggage

So Paul's been experimenting with something pretty nifty. He has combined two things he loves to do. Video and Blogging. I think it's great that he's combining two things that he's great at to come up with a great product. This way, he experiments with his camera more and gets more experience in a different way. (Not that I think he needs more experience with his camera!) I am now thinking of also starting up video - bloggage (yes, that's the scientific name for it), even though I'm new to the whole blog scene. the only thing I have to do is convince my dad to let me use the camera, something he's not inclined to do, but it's worth a shot. I'd rather venture into the dragon's den and emerge victorious with a camera to use, than NOT venture into the dragon's den because I was a pussy. Because I'm not. Not that there's anything wrong with being a pussy, I just am not a fan.

Went to see Hot Fuzz with Brian yesterday. Great movie. Lots of over-exaggerated sound effects make everything from taking something off a shelf to shifting gears on a car seem hard-core and action packed. The blatant, extreme blood splashing and the little old lady that got her face kicked in just added to the awesome which was this movie. I don't know why, but the name of the movie made me think it was like the Dog the Bounty Hunter movie or something. I never would've guessed it was about two British cops until i saw the trailer.

That was after a great day at work, and after our illustrious Vancouver Canucks lost 4-1... or something. See, I'm not much of a hockey fan, but I've always been interested. I think it comes from all my friends around me being addicted. It grows on you. And with the added fact that we're in the playoffs, it was hard for me to resist switching my radio to the Team 1040 and deciphering what they were saying throughout all the static. I had a blast even though half the time I didn't know if we had the puck or they did, 'cause I don't know the names of the players. I think I've got the fever.

Right now I'm sitting at home just taking it easy, 'cause I really am starting to think that I did something to my rib after that nasty spill on my last ride. Most likely I broke it 'cause the pain is not easing up. I'm just going to drink a lot of milk before work, that's all.

Smallville and The Birdcage

Yesterday I'm sitting around relaxing after my bike ride, and I get a call from Mr. Kingsland, my old Info Tech Teacher. He calls me to inform me that I have an audition for Smallville! A year ago, we entered a film into the 48 hour quick flick film challenge, with Brian Romein, Brian Tansley, Ali, Steph, Spencer, Adam, and me. We won "Best acting Ensemble" and as a prize we got auditions for smallville.. a year ago. So now, after a year, we finally hear from them, and we're in! On March 3rd I'm going in with the gang to audition! :D Steph, Brian, Brian, Ali and I are going to head down to Vancouver for our auditions, and what's cool is that we got a part of the script to read and prepare! I've been practicing my monologue for Langara and memorized it today. Now all I gotta do is practice. I'm really excited for the audition, and am just imagining what it'd be like to be on smallville! :D

As for the Birdcage, it's a movie I just watched with Robin Williams and Gene Hackman. It's absolutely hillarious, and it's about a gay dance club, and a whole "Meet the Fockers" storyline. Robin shines as he does in any movie, but I was also impressed by Hank Azaria, just because of his hillarious character. He's a gay Guatemalen man, and he just plays a wonderful accent and great mannerisms. They all do a great job.
